I grew up the oldest of three, with a neuro-typical brother and non-verbal, autistic sister. Growing up in this family structure led me into a natural care-giving path that I've been on for all of my adult life alongside my professional acting career. Since moving to New York City in 2010, I have worked for many different families. Some for one-night, some for two years. My experience ranges from 3 weeks to 13 years old. In my view, my job as a child care provider is to keep children safe and act as a team-mate alongside their grown-ups to provide loving care and support to their little ones. I have experience as a baby sitter for infants to middle school-age kids. I’ve also been a lifeguard, culinary school assistant, and tutor. I’ve turored specific subjects up to a collegiate level, as well as verbal and math sections of the SAT. I love hiking, biking, skiing, swimming as well as reading, writing, a making art. My goal is for kids to feel safe and seen.

I love babysitting and getting to know different kids. I have always loved working with kids, either as a babysitter, camp counselor, an after school enrichment program volunteer, or as a volunteer day care worker on my college campus. Hello my name is Flor, I currently work as an infant teacher in a daycare and have been working there for over a year. I also have experience being a toddler teachers assistant. My typical day at work consists of keeping the babies on a good feeding and sleeping schedule. But also making sure they’re developmentally progressing. I’m currently in school as a psychology major and plan on becoming and pediatric OT therapist I like working with kids because I like to be part of their development. I am currently a Head Teacher of a 12:1:2 preschool classroom.
