I'm a college student attending LCCC currently for my Associates of Nursing. I have professional experience babysitting for about 2 years now, as well as I have 2 younger siblings who I've nearly raised as my own kids since they were young. I am CPR and first aid certified. I decided to be a sitter due to my compassion for kids and ability to connect! My abilities also extend beyond sitting to more, such as basic household work (laundry, dishes, etc.), running errands, in addition to having my own car. I am particularly available in the mornings, but have a flexible schedule so feel free to reach out!

I am a patient, kind and caring individual with a warm personality who has decades of experience with children. I babysat and nannied as a teen caring for young babies, toddlers and preschoolers and worked as a camp counselor for 8 to 10 year olds during my college years. I have now raised four children with my youngest child being 18. As someone who enjoys being a caretaker and a homemaker above all else, I am looking to share my homemaking skills, enthusiasm and positive attitude with another family in need of a seasoned caregiver for their children. I am CPR + First Aid certified. I enjoy connecting with children of all ages through games, snacks, conversation and helping them learn. I enjoy tidying homes and prepping for meals. I have my own car and can also assist with running local errands on occasion if needed. I’m ready to fill in the gap for parents looking for a trustworthy and dependable caregiver who will take a genuine interest in their children, creating a safe and comfortable environment for children while parents are away.

We adore Kathy! She is a tenured caregiver, with years of mothering and basic culinary experience. She is kind, gentle, and extremely patient, having the perfect demeanor for caring for babies and young children. Kathy is exceptionally detail oriented and was great at coming up with educational and fun activities to keep our son entertained without any screen time. She followed our desired schedule to a tee, putting our six-month-old son down for his naps, feeding him his bottles, and giving him plenty of tummy time and independent play. She took him outside frequently when the weather was nice, so that he could experience different textures and environments. On rainy days, she read and sang nursery songs with him. She kept our home very neat and tidy and was happy to cook and support us in our baby led weaning approach to introducing solids, which made the transition less daunting that it would have been otherwise. Kathy was a lifesaver when it came to soothing our baby from teething, always chilling the appropriate teethers and offering them to him for comfort. She is very reliable, punctual, and overall really great with children. Our baby loved spending time with her. We trust her completely, I only wish we lived closer so that she could be our nanny!

Hi! My name is Hannah and I am 31. From 2020 - 2021 I was a full-time nanny for a 2 year old, 3 year old, and 6 year old (all siblings). And was a nanny for families with kids ranging with children from ages 1 to 6years old from 2022-2023. I am a personal professional blog writer since 2015, am in the process of obtaining my BA in Creative Writing, have typing skills, and have been an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician/ABA therapist) full time since June of 2023. I have had 13 years working with children from babies to older teenagers. Prior to becoming an RBT I, in addition to working at multiple day cares and preschools, while taking care of a range of children (including some with special needs/autism), some of the experiences I've had throughout the years with children/teenagers would be: Being a PSR 2nd and 3rd grade teacher for a number of years. In addition to previously working in day cares for a while taking care of a range of children---- a floater, Lead and Assistant Toddler teacher, a Pre-K teacher assistant, and working with infants, and working with a lot of youth I was also a PSR 2nd and 3rd grade teacher for a number of years. As well as being youth councilor on retreats (2 years), Confirmation Formation Assistant for teens at my Church parish (1 year), and a Youth Minister Assistant for a littler over a year from 2022 - 2023. As an RBT/autism behavior therapist I love helping shape our client's behavior and communication skills, and helping them to communicate and to grow. While allowing them to still be themselves and respecting them as little humans and embracing all that they are and can be while meeting them where they're at. Making positive changes in children's and their families lives and giving families hope. I'm reliable, patient, caring, attentive, creative, flexible, easy going person, a planner, creative, fun, organizer, outgoing, structured, and like to multitask. I absolutely love working with children, especially children with special needs and who may be seen as a minority in society, and helping them reach their full potential.

I bring approximately one year of professional childcare experience. In addition to caring for my younger sister throughout my upbringing, I have worked in a daycare setting as well as provided in-home childcare for a family several evenings per week. I truly value supporting parents by ensuring their children are safe, and well-cared-for, which allows families peace of mind and the opportunity to take time for themselves. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.

I love being a sitter because interacting with kids and helping them grow is very important to me. I also love being a sitter because I want to help families in need of care, and create a safe and trusting bond with both parent and child. Experience I have is babysitting for my family, as well as working a summer job at the Children's Learning Center at LCCC. I have strong childcare skills, including creating fun and safe activities, helping with homework, preparing simple meals, and maintaining routines like bedtime. I’m trained in CPR and first aid, so I’m prepared for emergencies. I also have experience with conflict resolution, patience, and communication, which helps me connect with kids of different ages.

I just finished my sophomore years at The Ohio State University. I love being around kids with their fun and imaginative creativity. I have worked with kids in many different settings from having so many little cousins to working at places such as Aqua-Tots swim school and being around them all day. I am planning to work in the healthcare field so I am trained in CPR, BLS, First Aid, and some other skills. I currently am looking for part time jobs while home in the summer while babysitting as well. I share a car with my family so sometimes I do have a car to drive. I have been babysitting for 6 years now and have been with all ages. Please reach out with any questions you may have but I am looking forward to the connections I will build.
