My name is Kara Moody. I recently graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelors degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences. I will be taking one year off from my graduate studies before returning to school. I have been babysitting for families for about 4 years now and when I saw your job posting I thought that it might be the perfect position for me. I have experience with all age ranges of children but especially infant-12 years as the families I have babysat for the most often have had children in those age ranges including boys and girls. I enjoy being hands on with children while interacting with them and learning the things they enjoy to do which helps pass the time while their parents are away more enjoyable for them. Some things I enjoy doing are arts/crafts, reading, being in the outdoors, and cooking. I enjoy cooking healthy meals for the little ones and if old enough letting them become hands on as well.
