Hello! My name is AnnaClaire Lackney and I’m a school Speech-Language Pathologist serving grades PK-3rd. I’m originally from Cincinnati, OH but have recently relocated to Medina, OH. I’m looking to build relationships with families locally to provide quality childcare during my summer break, after-school, or weekends during the school year. I have 2 nieces and a nephew that I adore. Being around children gives you a fresh perspective that is needed within adult minds. I used to work at a daycare for about a year with kids ranging from month old babies to middle school children. I volunteered for the zoo and helped with the zoo camp. I also was able to teach a couple lessons to second graders. I used to tutor high school students and help them out with their homework. I also used to babysit and value outside time to play.

I love being with children as they are so enjoyable to be around. I have always liked children and taking care of them. I worked at a daycare for about 4 years with kids from ages starting at a month old to about 12 years old. I have cooked for them as well as dealt with sickness and potty training. Becoming close with the kids and understanding how they are is a big part for me and it is just something that I really enjoy doing.

I've been a babysitter since 2010. They were all between the ages of 1 month and 14 years, both girls and boys. I have owned and worked with many animals. Pet care is free with child care. I can cook and I have my own car. Cleaning up after myself and the kids will not be an issue. I also have no problem picking up kids from school or taking them wherever they need to go. I love playing games and am always interested in what your child wants to do. I will always put their needs before anything else while they are in my care. I love the outdoors and influencing kids to learn or experience new things.
