My husband and I are active at Crossroads Church and we live in Mason. In the past I have been a substitute teacher, VBS teacher, soccer/cheer/football/basketball/baseball mom, and a Girl Scout leader. I have been in the childcare business for over 20 years. I've worked in several daycare facilities and preschools as well as working for private families and groups. For 7 years I ran my own in home daycare but ended up closing it due to covid and at the same time birthing my daughter. I have recently moved, the covid pandemic is behind us hopefully and I have reopened my in-home daycare so I can continue doing what I love. I have basically raised so many children from infancy through their school years and consider them to be my adopted children. Hello! I am a 31 year old teacher currently living in Cincinnati, OH. In high school I took ECE 1 & ECE 2 . During that time I had two internships that each last for a year. One at a Montessori school, and one at a preschool. I was able to work with different ages of children learning their individual developments for their age groups. I also was able to get hands on experience in the special needs classroom, and was even able to be apart of the special Olympia’s which was such an honor. After graduation I decided to go to school and also get more experience working at a preschool between the infant- 4 year old room for about a year. After, I started working at an academy k-12 school where I got to experience different ages on another scale. I'm reliable, dedicated, and I absolutely love what I do. It comes naturally to me. I love knowing that I'm the one who can turn their day around with the things that I teach and instill within them.
