Hello! My name is Alexxa. My passion for childcare has been a long accruing thing. Ever since I was a young teen, I adored helping out with children. Seeing them grow, hit milestones, develop a personality, etc. is such a privilege. Although I have had informal babysitting experience from age 14-17 with family and friends, I started working at a local daycare shortly before I turned 19. I mainly worked in the infant room with 0-12 months. I was also floated to the rooms with 13-24 months and the 3-4 year old daycare room. After I left the daycare, I did continue to babysit for a family from the daycare. I have childcare training certificates from Penn State’s Better Kid Care program. I am first aid and CPR certified. I also have all of my state and federal clearances. I do have my own car, and I am well versed in meal prepping+general cooking.
