I’m a recent college grad of OSU with a degree in Health Sciences and a minor in Integrative Approaches to Health and Wellness. Although I do not have paid experience in child care, I do have two nieces ages 4 and 6 that I have babysat for since they were babies. I’m currently working full-time as a Medical Assistant at Linscott Family practice and am free to babysit most evenings from 5 pm onwards and weekends as needed. I’m experienced in homework help, meal prep, and bed time preparation and I have my own car. I’m energetic, patient, and comfortable with all personalities. Feel free contact me with further questions!

Eliana was great! Our toddler can be pretty shy but he hit it off with her pretty quickly! She took great care of him.

Hello, I'm a retired preschool teacher, a mother of two boys and 7 grandchildren and one great grandson. I have not only a school setting experience but I have many years of life experience!! I was taking care of my 92 year old mother. But she passed away last June. I am now looking for something else to fulfill the days and hours. I enjoy working with children and adults. I believe hands on is the way to learn. And everyone no matter your age is learning all the time. I enjoy cooking, sewing, gardening, crafts, reading, organizing pantries and junk drawers, ( kind of odd I know), science and everything outdoors. I view playtime as the invisible learning time. If it is fun you will want to learn about it. I took professional CPR and first aid back when I was working for a preschool, which was years ago. But I keep current with Red Cross guidelines. I also believe that our children even young ones need to know CPR, first aid and how to call for help. I taught my grandchildren CPR and water safety and review it with them often. I would look forward to hearing from you and working with your family. Sincerely, Julie Booker

Hi families! My name is Jade. I am a mother and experienced caregiver with a strong background working with children of all ages, from infants and toddlers to school-age children. I have professional childcare experience, including classroom leadership, daily routines, safety, communication with families, and supporting children’s emotional, social, and developmental needs. I am patient, nurturing, dependable, and very hands on. I love creating a calm, safe, and positive environment where children feel cared for, listened to, and encouraged. As a mom, I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your child, and I treat every child with the same level of attention, respect, and compassion I would want for my own. I am comfortable helping with meals, bedtime routines, light housekeeping, homework help, activities, transportation as needed, and caring for multiple children. I also have experience with pets and household support. Families can count on me to be reliable, communicative, and attentive to their specific needs.

Hi! I am going into my second year of college at Ohio University studying biology. I lifeguard some days over the summer as well and am first aid and CPR certified. This is my first time professionally babysitting/nannying but I have grown up with younger siblings and babysit for friends and family often with a range of age. I love getting to know children and having a good time with them doing activities or playing outside. I can drive kids to practices, activities, or anywhere they need to be. Please reach out if you are interested and looking for a sitter!

I have a genuine passion for working with children, as it allows me to build meaningful connections and watch them grow over time. Witnessing their development, celebrating their achievements, and creating engaging activities that bring them joy is incredibly rewarding. I am a senior at The Ohio State University majoring in Early Childhood Education, a field I deeply care about. My experiences include student teaching placements in elementary schools in Hilliard, Dublin, and Columbus City, participating in the First Education Experience Program, and working as a part-time daycare teacher with children ages 1–6 through the Schoenbaum Family Center for two years. Additionally, I gained hands-on childcare experience through babysitting throughout my senior year of high school. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and certified in First Aid and CPR, allowing me to support both the learning and safety needs of the children I work with. I have also completed required background checks through The Ohio State University to be eligible to work with children in childcare and educational settings. I am excited to provide a safe, caring, and fun environment where your little ones can learn, grow, and create meaningful memories!

Hi! I’m a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant who works in a school setting supporting children with autism and other developmental needs. I’m passionate about helping children learn, grow, and build confidence through play, creativity, and positive relationships. I have experience working with children of various ages and abilities and am comfortable supporting daily routines, engaging activities, and individualized needs. I’m currently looking for summer work while school is out. I would love to find a family that is comfortable with me bringing my two well-behaved children, ages 4 and 6, along when appropriate. They are friendly, respectful, and enjoy playing with other children, which can create fun opportunities for social interaction and active play. I look forward to providing a safe, caring, and engaging environment for your child while helping make your summer a little easier!

Hi! My name is Lexi, and I’m currently a student at Florida State University studying Criminal Justice. I’ve been babysitting for about 2 years, but caring for children has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up with amazing siblings, I was always helping out and looking after them, which helped me develop a love for working with kids from an early age. I enjoy creating a fun, safe, and positive environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and can be themselves. I’m CPR and First Aid certified, so safety is always a top priority for me. Families often describe me as friendly, patient, dependable, and easy to communicate with. Whether it’s helping with homework, playing games, doing crafts, or simply keeping little ones entertained, I always strive to make every child feel cared for and valued. I look forward to meeting new families and being someone you can trust with your children! 😊
