I love being a sitter because I love how kids grow connections with me and become comfortable being themselves. I am a 2nd degree senior black belt and was a taekwondo instructor for ages 5-12 for 7 years. I have lead classes of 5-15 students at a time. I love to cook, play and draw. I am the oldest of two with a 10 year age gap.

With over 13 years of paid childcare experience, plus three years as a mother’s helper before that, caring for children has always been a central part of my life. I’ve worked with families of all sizes, including four years as a nanny for a family of six (and even got to welcome a new baby during my time with them!). In addition to my nannying background, I’ve worked as a lifeguard and have been CPR and First Aid certified in the past. I’m currently in school pursuing a career in child psychiatry, which allows me to bring a deeper understanding of child development into my care.
