I am also a children’s author, so creativity, imagination, and storytelling are a big part of who I am. While I am new to professional work, I have spent most of my life babysitting my cousins, helping with basic needs, making sure tasks are completed, and most importantly making sure they are safe and healthy. Hi! I’m Hannah, I have been an Early Childhood Educator for 7+ years, currently working for a childcare center. I have an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education and Development, as well as certifications in First Aid/CPR, Communicable Disease, and Child Abuse. I have experience with children between the ages of newborn- 10 years. I love finding new and exciting activities to share with my students and to see them learn and grow.

I’m currently finishing (Senior year) Early Childhood education at Heartland Technical Education School. I help run a preschool. We create lessons plans and learning activities such as math games, art activities, science experiments, reading actives etc. I’m CPR, First aid, AED, And lifeguard certified (lifeguard until October). Worked as a live in nanny for three children under the age of 8. Duties included- light house work, transportation to and from daycare, created a day time and evening routine for the children. Comforting them when they have emotional days and or anger meltdowns. I work well with neurodivergent children. I also babysit another family regularly. One child has autism and the other two are neurodivergent.
