Per the parents request, they had me participate in something called “Montessori learning.” I also had the opportunity to nanny another household with three children, ages ranging from 8yrs-13yrs old. My responsibilities with them involved getting them up in the morning & ready for school, as well as spending weekends with them where we would engage in play. I’m incredibly attentive and want your babies in as good of health as y’all do. I have a way of transportation with my own vehicle to get to work every day and incase of emergencies. I also don’t mind cleaning around the house if that is something the family would be interested in. Depending on the age and with the parents permission, I love to engage with the children through music and crafts. Wether it be using some watercolor on construction paper or playing with chalk outside, or bringing my ukulele and tiny piano keyboard and singing a few songs. I like to practice effective communication, and I strongly encourage myself & the children I spend my time with to approach every situation with kindness & empathy. With some mindfulness, I believe there is always an opportunity to learn something new. I want every day that I am with your children to be a positive and fun experience. Not only do I want you to feel comfortable with me as your nanny, I want your children to enjoy their time with me and feel safe under my care.
