I studied fine arts in Philadelphia, then went on to get my master's degree in creative arts therapy. I worked as either a recreation therapist or art therapist for 8 years. Once we started our family, I quickly realized that I wanted to be a stay-at-home mother for our 4 children. As my children were getting older, I began to babysit. I have worked with newborns through elementary school-aged children in New Jersey. My family recently moved to Oklahoma as our youngest child started college this fall. My husband retired from law enforcement this year, so we decided to begin our next chapter in life out west. We loved Oklahoma and the people there when our oldest son attended the University of Oklahoma. I have been responsible for feedings, diaper changing, putting children down for naps, toilet training, driving children to and from school and activities, playtime and sick care. I also have helped out with light housework, laundry and light meal prep. I loved being a stay-at-home mother for my 4 children and want to pass that along to another family. My focus is creating a safe, caring and fun environment where children can play, grow and learn. I love spending time with my family, going for walks, hiking, drawing, word searches and creating moss art.

I am a part time student at OCCC and senior at Southmoore Highschool. I have spent my past three summers babysitting a for a family whose kids fly down from Colorado every summer to stay with their father. While he worked, I spent my day watching over a 2 & 6 year old, until they were 5 & 9. These ages were definitely times of rapid development so I learned how to handle and care for all variations of needs at any given time. I also have a 7 year old sister who I've lived with since she was a new born, so I've had experience with every age of children. I have spent time volunteering in multiple church nurserys as well. I am available everyday at 3:15pm- whenever necessary. I'm also available before 11am everyday except Monday and Wednesday 8-9-20am.
