What I most enjoy about spending time with children is how they bring me to engagement with the present moment, and witnessing how their curious, eager minds develop and interact with the world. I love spending time outside whenever possible, and enjoy indoor activities such as reading books, crafting, or playing with Legos. I have 15 years of paid experience working with children including working as a nanny and a Paraeducator in public schools. I have babysat for many friends and families over the past 7 years, before and after school, on weekends and consistently throughout the summer. I also worked in a daycare, part-time during high-school, interacting and taking care of children starting as young as 2 months old.
