Getting to see these children grow up and start to become themselves, finding what they like and don't like is one of the best things that i have gotten to experience! I have professionally worked with kids for 2 years but have been doing it unprofessionally for 7! I have watched children from 1 year all the way up to 13! Some skills and training that i have is my CPR and First aid certification, conflict resolution abilities with my vast knowledge and experiences with children, am able to give them insight if they need, and great collaboration skills.
