I'm willing to be flexible with pay on account of my experience amount with younger kids. I love hanging out with kids and I feel I can be a good friend as well as a caretaker. On the side I'm a licensed real estate agent. I have 3 cats and a dog. I love crafting and playing video games with my friends. I have a fairly free schedule and im willing to do days off pattern with ample warning. I drive my own car (clean record!) and I am comfortable being out later at night.
