I absolutely adore children and I have been a sitter for most of my life. If you are in need of an evening out or simply to run errands, then look no further. I also have the freedom to be able to assist with your out-of-town needs. I have been with Sittercity for 10+ years and I am actively looking for a few families to add for a part time nanny position or occasional sitting It is difficult to find the time to relax on a "date" if you don't have a reliable sitter. Well, that's me. I am a non-smoker, own my own 2012 AWD crossover, college educated, and love children. I also have a 10 year clean driving record, Act 33/34 Clearances and current references, as well as CPR certified. If you would like further information, please get back to me and I willy quickly respond'

My name is Holly. I am 27 and currently working as a Certified Child Life Specialist at a local children’s hospital. I have my Master of Science in Child Life from the College of Charleston. While pursuing my masters degree, I completed a 120 hour practicum at a pediatric hospital in Charleston, SC as well as just completed a 605 hour internship at a pediatric hospital in Baltimore, MD. As part of my program, I gained vast knowledge and comprehension in child development and structuring developmentally appropriate play activities. While in Charleston, I also worked as a nanny for a vacation nanny agency, nannying children between the ages of 3 months to 12 years in addition to holding many consistent babysitting gigs with local families. Prior to pursuing a masters degree, I worked as a behavioral health technician for a local outpatient behavioral health center and an inpatient child and adolescent mental health unit providing ABA therapy and leading group therapy sessions with my BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. Currently, I was a full-time nanny for a local family providing care for their 1 and 3 year old daughters over the past summer and still babysit for the family on occasions. I am BLS/CPR certified and have all of my Pennsylvania clearances as well!

Hi! I enjoy being a babysitter because I love creating a safe, fun, and caring environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I have experience caring for children from three different families, helping with daily routines, activities, meals, and keeping them engaged and entertained. I understand the importance of being patient, dependable, attentive, and responsible when caring for children. My skills include strong communication, time management, bilingual in English and Spanish, and CPR certification. I have also worked in a special education school with children ages 3–7, giving me experience supporting children with different needs and abilities. I am committed to providing every child with a positive, safe, and enjoyable experience while they are in my care.

Keila has watched our 5 children ages 2-13 several times including staying over for two nights while we got our first getaway in 8 years. We leave home feeling so confident that our children are in good hands we actually can relax. Keila was punctual and responsive in text communication. She asked great questions and came to my home to meet us before sitting for the first time. She is creative with play, responsible with naps and bedtimes and helpful and thoughtful in helping clean up,etc. All my kids felt safe and happy and loved when she stayed overnight, even my very anxious six-year-old who used to cry before every Babysitter came to our house. Keila is mature beyond her years and has a kind and calm personality making her a great fit for any family.

I am 23 years old and have a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in both math and psychology. While I am an engineer by trade, I also have a huge passion for working with kids and want to eventually become a teacher. I have been working with kids for the past 6+ years. Throughout the past 6 years I have worked at a summer camp, a day care, and babysit for several families. My experience ranges from kids ages 0-14 years old and I have also cared for kids with special needs and physical disabilities. While I have not had the time to become officially CPR certified yet, I am trained in CPR and confident in my abilities. Some of my other skills include: potty training, homework assistance/tutoring and cooking

Hi, my name is Kiriah! I’m a 20-year-old college student working toward becoming a Registered Nurse, and I truly love caring for children. I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment where children can feel comfortable, learn, and be themselves. I also understand how important it is for parents to have someone they trust and feel confident leaving their children with. I have experience caring for children from one month old to 13 years old. I’ve cared for infants with nighttime bottles, diaper changes, burping, and soothing. With toddlers, I’ve practiced numbers, words, and colors while continuing potty training and following the routines their parents have established. I’ve also helped children ages 5–13 with homework, including math and english. I’m comfortable preparing meals and helping with laundry as well. I’m also a Direct Support Professional working with adults with intellectual disabilities, which has strengthened my patience, compassion, and ability to handle behavioral challenges. I’m CPR, First Aid, and AED trained and take pride in providing safe, loving, and dependable care.

I love being a babysitter/nanny, because for someone reason kids and babies gravitate towards me and I’m not sure why. lol so it makes my job easier. I have paid and unpaid experience with new born babies up to 11 years old. The unpaid experience was with my siblings when they were younger and also my niece and nephews that are still elementary school aged. I am currently a summer life guard at sandcastle water park with cpr and first aid training that we have to do every month to stay certified.

I have a large number of younger siblings so I am pretty skilled with feeding time, cleaning, changing diapers, dressing, and being patient with any child. My youngest brother was born premature so I was trained in both pediatric/Adult CPR I am also First Aid/AED certified through the Red Cross. I am a military veteran so I have a stern demeanor, but nothing too serious for children lol just know they will be well protected and I’m not easy to run off. I was asked if I had any paid experience I am new to the professional field of babysitting, but I have baby sat a lot of my cousins and neighbors kids while I was a teenager I also babysit my friends kids from time to time now for free so my real experience level is about 9 years. I love watching children develop and grow I believe in their innocence. I have a strong passion for child protection and believe if shown the strategies, support and care they can achieve anything. I am looking into babysitting as a paid profession this time because I do love the energy and chaos of children and I am pursuing my dream to become a teacher, but first I need Early child education so I can eventually become a teacher having these hours will help me achieve that goal.

Greetings! My name is Madelyn Hailstones and I’m excited to apply for the childcare position you have available. I’ve been passionate about working with children for as long as I can remember, and I bring both professional training and hands-on experience to the role. I volunteered at a daycare for two years before transitioning into a paid position, where I worked for 11 months and transitioned into a short term nanny role. I hold a CDA certificate and completed a three-year Early Childhood Education program at a vocational-technical school. I also have all my clearances and CPR + first aid certificates. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in child development, safety, and nurturing care. In addition to my professional background, I’ve helped care for my younger brother throughout his life—he has special needs, which has taught me patience, flexibility, and how to adapt care to meet individual needs. I’m also very comfortable around animals and love creating warm, inviting environments that feels comfortable for the children I care for. I also enjoy cleaning and organizing to make everyone’s life a little easier. Thank you for considering my application. I would love the opportunity to support your family and provide a caring, reliable presence in your child’s life. Warm regards, Madelyn Hailstones 724-448-3922 // mhailstones2007@gmail.com
