Hi, my name is Taylor Killen! I am a 21 year old babysitter with 6 years of experience. Working with children is a passion of mine, I am currently in school to become a nurse and hopefully work in pediatrics! I am comfortable with all ages and children of all abilities!

At the age of 14, my ADVENTURE of babysitting began. Living in a gated-community, I drove my bike 10 minutes away to a families home in which I would get their 7 year old off the bus and ‘play’ (I viewed babysitting as something fun to do) with him for a few hours. Since then, I have created many more adventures with numerous families and kiddos of all ages! From building Lego sets, finding arts & crafts ideas, helping parents and kiddos through the horrors of online schooling during COVID-19, going from reading picture books-to-chapter books, being able to see these young future leaders grow; all while I am growing and learning more myself! I completed my Associates Degree - Associates in Science at Harrisburg Community College in 2021. After completing over 70 early education credits, I then transferred to Shippensburg University. I am going into my final semester of my school career (well where I’m the one attending… for now!). In Fall of 2023, I will be starting my semester of student teaching, very exciting! I will be graduating from Shippensburg with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Education PreK-4. I then plan on becoming a full-time sub at a local school district to get even more experience and education in the real-world! I hope to teach either 2 or 3 grade for a few years and eventually resume my studies at Ship for my Masters Degree in Special Education!

I have taken care of children of all ages and I am a mother. I enjoy interacting with children and their pets. I enjoy reading, swimming, bike riding and hiking. I am a non-smoker, loving and responsible and I am always on time.

Hi I’m currently a college student majoring in occupational therapy going into my sophomore year! Of course with being OT, I have a big love and appreciation for children. I am calm, understanding, and always willing to entertain and play! This past semester I worked in a child care center and worked primary with children 0-12 months old. I also have experience with children 1-6 years old as well!

I am an at home mother of 8. All have been homeschooled from kindergarten (1-3rd grd ). Six have graduated. Two still in high school. I care for my grandson (6) every other week but willing to care for 1-2 little ones during the week in my home. My schedule is fairly flexible except wednesdays 7:30-2:30. Since graduating, i was hired as Behavioral Health Technician working with behaviorally challenged children as well as special needs children. While I love my job and the amazing work experience it offers, I would also like to step back into child care part time, and full time when the time is right. I have all current background checks for the state of MD, PA, and Federal as well as many certifications such as first aid, CPR, ABA, and so forth.
