I am currently a Penn State Pre-Law Junior, and I have a part-time job at Kids Court Child Care and Learning Center, which is an amazing, welcoming Daycare for children of all ages up to pre-school. I have been working there for this past school year, and along with some other babysitting experience for family, neighbors, and friends (paid and unpaid. I have not only picked up many skills and traits which are needed to take of children, but I have also grown to love it even more everyday. Something I apply to both this passion for helping children, and even my academic career towards law school, is that I don’t only want to help others, but I want to do it well. I would not enjoy my jobs- both formal and informal- if I did not see a smile on the kid’s faces everyday, and know that they truly enjoy being around me as much as I do them. I’m extremely flexible with time, location, and pay, because being able to take care of more children would be a great addition to my life, and I would love any opportunity to turn this love into something that can help others.

I have been babysitting and working with kids since I was 11 years old. I have experience teaching children in elementary-level theater and I am responsible for directing a children's beach camp program with children ages 3-7. I also gained experience with special needs teens and adults while participating on a unified basketball team in high school.
