I have taught all of my children at home and they have are all successfully grown up and are on their own. I am certified by the red cross in CPR. I have experience with ASD as well as Sensory integration disorder… for over 20 years. I have many references including child care references that I currently work for. The children that I care for now love me and we have a fabulous relationship. I also have experience with twin multiples … over 4 years caring for my daughters two sets of twins. Hello! I originally went to school for art education but didn’t end up teaching after school. I love working on creative projects with kids to foster creative problem solving skills and have fun! I was a care take to my younger sister (who is a decade plus behind me…) and I worked in health care for a few years in college. I have current first and cpr certs.

I have owned an in-home day care and have helped raise over 150 children of all ages. I have worked in a day care as well. I did 3 college level trainings to obtain my Early Childhood Development Certificate, but COVID hit, so I was not able to get the Certificate, though I completed all of the course work. I love working with children of all ages and have also tutored many. Out of the other areas of work I have done, working with children is my number one favorite. I have had 5 of my own children.

I love being a sitter because you get to help be apart of a supportive environment for the kids and giving them a safe space.
