I guess this part is where I'm supposed to brag about how I'm so qualified but I'm no more qualified than the average mother I grew up in a Seventh Day Adventist Church my father was an elder in that church and still is to this daywhere I would take care of the kids in the nursery I started doing that at the age of 8 taking care of the infants in there while the adults were worshiping. My adopted mother always said that kids were drawn to me I can communicate better with children than adults I always have been able. I had my first son when I was 17 years old my second son I had when I was 19 and I had my daughter when I was 22 I am now 38 so I've had a lot of experience being a mother I don't have a lot of the qualifications that most people would have while applying for this position but if you would just give me a shot I think you would be surprised

I currently work at a local nonprofit agency working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and autism. I have my masters in preschool special education and early intervention. I am looking to pick up a few extra hours in addition to my full-time job. I have experience being a full-time nanny to two (2 yo and 5 mo) as well as countless hours of student teaching in preschool classrooms. I have always loved working with children and have babysat as long as I have been old enough to care for myself. Hello! I am a current college student who has experience babysitting! Throughout middle and high school, I would often babysit and petsit for my neighbors. This included children (2) ages 4-11 and dogs, but I do have a pet cat so I know how to work with them as well!
