Hey! My name is Hannah, I have 5 years of experience in childcare. I have my cpr/first aid certifications. I have my child abuse, fbi, & state clearances. I have swim training amongst other trainings being that I worked at daycares. I have worked with kids with special needs & diabetes. I am extremely compassionate & loving! I love playing with kids, taking walks, doing crafts, amongst other STEM related activities.

I have known my whole life that I want to work with kids. I’ve spent many years babysitting children ages 1 to 10, and I also work with elementary students ages 5 to 13 through the HOST after-school program, helping with homework, leading fun activities, preparing snacks, and keeping kids safe. I have about a year of formal experience with HOST. While I typically lead a group of 16 kids, I am most comfortable caring for up to 6 at a time on my own. I’m friendly, reliable, and love using games, puzzles, and educational apps to keep kids engaged. I respect household rules and will always communicate in the way that works best for you. I recently graduated high school with a focus in Early Childhood Education and earned some college credits along the way. I am now a freshman at Robert Morris University, majoring in Psychology. I know some ASL, am CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, and I’m great with pets. I a currently only looking for a summer position.
