I love working in the fields I have because I know that I am actually helping people who are in need of it. I’m not a super outgoing person until I establish a relationship with the individuals I am working with. Everyone will tell you I have a big heart, I’m kind, I’m hardworking, and that my biggest strength is caring for others. To me when you are working with individuals, especially children, you’re not just some there to be there. You’re an important role in their life. You’re there to help them grow and learn. You should be their role model if you’re going to work a job like this. Kids notice the way you act, they pick up on the words you say, etc. and I feel as though you should need to be a person that can show them how to have the upmost respect for others so they aren’t being taught the wrong thing.
