My mom was a stay at home mom, but during my middle school years she started nannying a 3 month old boy! I absolutely fell in love with helping my mom watch him! I am a junior at Elizabethtown College. I am majoring in Early Childhood Education. I have all my clearances along with CPR training and First Aid training. I plan to teach in a preschool to first grade classroom but work well with all kids. I absolutely love being around kids and seeing them smile. I am one out of 5 in my family and 1 out of 25 grandkids, so I have been surrounded by kids my whole life. I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old. I work at summer camps over the summer, mainly with kids from 3-5, but I work well with all kids. I currently have a job as well, which is a before-and-after-school program with kids that range from preschool to fifth grade. I love being able to help kids find new interests and allow them to have fun while being safe.

Need a one time babysitter/nanny or someone on a more permanent basis? I’ve got you covered. Over the past 6 years, I’ve been a nanny for several families. The first family I worked for had 6 children including a set of twin baby boys. One family, that I still currently work for has 5 boys under the age of 13 and I have a great relationship with the mom and kids! I love kids and try to always take an interest in what they like and respecting what they dislike. I like to do crafts with kids, play outside, come up with imaginary games for their toys, and even play video games together (tho to warn you, I’m pretty bad at it!) I also think it is very important to follow all rules/guidelines put in place by the parents. I’m always punctual and if for some reason I was running late, I would call ahead to tell you. If you have pets, that’s great! I don’t mind at all. If you have a pool and are concerned about the safety of your kids, I can swim and am CPR certified.
