My life has been all about kids! I've been an educator for 10 years, half of which were for students with special needs and autism. I've taught across multiple subject areas, including English as a Second Language and an intensive reading course. Kids have helped me become more enthusiastic, energetic and joyful. They have shown me the importance of creativity and silliness in the learning process. I am comfortable with crying, throw up, and dirty diapers. I'm definitely not afraid to play dress up, build Lego mansions, or pull out my "best" dance moves to make a kiddo smile! I'm a believer of "work hard -play hard" and "rules are for a reason."

I have been watching children ages newborn-12 for the last 10 years. I am experienced with children with special needs, seeing as I have a younger brother with autism as well as I worked with an autistic child over the summer. I also am a frequent sitter for a few other families near me. I can do evenings, date nights, weekends, you name it, I can probably do it! I am also CPR and First-Aid certified, so I am ready to help with any situation that may arise. I can provide any references as needed. I am a senior at the University of South Carolina Upstate.
