Hi my name is Shynea Aikens, I go by Shy. Nice to meet you! I’ve been babysitting since an young age, I am an 20 year auntie of 10. Have always been their sitter when it’s needed. I always love to help my babies with school work, school activities, and etc. With that being said I felt that I should use my well experience skills to help others who are in need. I have a true passion with kids and pets, it’s my inner joy! I’m energetic, Playful, and very responsible when it comes to both.

I love being a sitter because I enjoy working with kids and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment. I babysat for two sisters which one was in middle school and one in elementary school. For almost two years, helping supervise and support them regularly. I completed CPR training in junior high through a biomedical class. I also was a ticket person for little league baseball for 4 years, where in cases I assisted kids to find parents, help them stay away from the road. Just watch out for them in general.

I love working with children of all ages. I raised four of my own. I also was a pediatric nurse for many years. I like being busy and keeping kids active and healthy.

Hello, I’m Tamiah (T for short). I’m a current freshman at USC Upstate so I’m available (Monday-Thursday) anytime after 4 but I’m available for anytime (Friday-Sunday). I’ve been a babysitter for about 5 years now and I’ve loved every moment of it! From the dance parties, making crafts, movie nights, and of course the educational activities to even the sickness. I want to be a youth coach once I get out of college so I love to work with kids and get to know them. I will still instill house rules as that’s what is best for the child. I am a sophomore at Erskine and am on the men’s soccer team so I know how to deal with active kids. I used to have to watch my little brother so I have experience in that regard as well. I’m very kind but also understand that kids need to get homework and chores done before “free time.” I can help teach the kid as I excel in all my classes at college. I would love to help you not have to worry about your kids and I am great with pets as well so that will not be an issue. I help take care of 4 dogs a cat and 10 chickens.

Hi! My name is Ladasia and I am currently attending Lander University. I am in my 1st year with the hopes of completing a B.S. in Elementary Education! I attended Dutch Fork High School in my hometown of Irmo, SC and went through the Teacher Cadets Program. Also in my senior year I took a few health science classes and I am very familiar with CPR skills! A little bit about me is that I am in a sorority, I love to spend time with others, and traveling in my free time. I hold myself to high standards regarding both my personal and academic life. A few words to describe me would be dependable, kind, and flexible. Working with kids has been and will continue to be my pride and joy! While I have not had paid childcare experience, I have had experience in the classroom, as well as another event. My senior I did the Teacher Cadets program at my high school and was tasked with being a co-teacher to 3rd graders. There were times where they would test my nerves, but at the end of the day I still loved them regardless. We also had our good days too and I enjoy cherishing those memories. In my Junior year of high school, I volunteered for the Buddy Walk. The Buddy Walk was an event to celebrate and recognize children who had been diagnosed with down syndrome. A few things I did were set up raffle stations, supervise games, and ran food stations. At the end of the walk, everyone gathered in a huge circle while we held up pictures of each of the kids. We cheered for them as they walked through and it was the sweetest part of the day.
