Although I started out very young watching kids, I was very responsible, dependable, flexible & reliable. Even though I do not have children of my own (♥...Wished I had...♥), it’s just so gratifying for me to be able to mentor your children while you are at work, which brings a 'smile' to my face. As far as ‘my’ family goes, I am the oldest of 4 siblings. I have 2 sisters who are RN’s at the VA Hospital & also a brother, retired Air Force Recruiter, who lives in Largo, Fl. My parents have been married 56 years & going strong, so I was fortunate enough to be raised in such a very close, loving family. What I’ve learned growing up, carries with me forever, which gives me the opportunity to guide & nurture your kids. Also, I do have nieces & nephews that always tell me that I'm a REALLY HIP AUNTIE.... which make me happy. Despite my age, I'm a kid at ♥ HEART ♥....I think that's why I interact so well kids of all ages. I have a ‘likable’ personality & a warm, genuine soul. I can offer assistance with anything ‘within reason’ with your children. Some of my skills include cooking, sewing, light housework, pet sitting/care, etc. I’m pretty flexible with scheduling, & can be available weekends as well; however, that’s something to be discussed should the need arise. My CPR/FIRST AID is current & Expires in November 2017. I can provide extra references upon request, so you would feel more comfortable & at ease an also open to trial periods, which would give both you & I, and your children, a chance to see if there’s chemistry & likability. Hello! My name is Leigh (pronounced Leah) and I have 2 years of paid experience with all age groups. I have the most experience with babies and toddlers! Outside of that I grew up rough and was the oldest child who took on the mother role from a very young age so I really have lifelong experience! I currently have a full time nanny job with a 2 year old and he has a 14 year old brother. I’ve been with the toddler since he was 8 months old! I have another family with a 3 year old and 8 year old one day a week. I’ve been with the three year old since he was freshly 1 year old! I love my families and have no plans to leave them. I just want to have side jobs to make extra money and get even more professional experience! I am available on weekday evenings and all day on weekends! I am standard first aid and CPR certified!
