Hi! My name is Chanda. I am a Christian, a wife, and a mother of two beautiful daughters. I have been working with and teaching all age groups since I was 13 years old as a hip-hop dance choreographer. I knew then that I wanted to teach in any way that I could. Since then, I have been an after-school teacher for a middle school, an arts and crafts teacher at a charter middle school. I was at a childcare center where I went from being a lunch breaker and moving all the way up to Assistant Director at Siegel Learning Zone(2018-2020). I worked as the Assistant Director for the Primrose School of Murfreesboro(2020-2022). I left childhood care to work as a caregiver and then missed the littles so much that I went back to child care for a year at Cadence Academy. In early 2025 I completed my state exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician(RBT). Kids are a true passion of mine so I’m always learning how to help them more. My goal is to eventually open up my own childcare center. I love being able to make a difference in each one of their little lives. I make it my mission to intentionally know them all by name so that even with a greeting and a smile, it still makes a difference. I am fun, energetic, and love coming up with new ways to entertain/teach the children.

Eve was amazing with our 19month old and 2 month old. Our oldest son was immediately drawn to her natural love and care for children putting him at ease from the moment she walked into our home. Highly recommend

Relocating to the Hermatage/ Nashville area from St. Louis and I am looking to care for newborns, infants, infant multiples and or preemies. I am looking for full-time or part-time work currently and am open to weekend hours as well as overnights. I have cared for children my whole adult life, in addition owned and operated a daycare. I do have two college degrees, one in nursing and the other in social work, which add education to my already natural ability and expertise working with children. I do have experience with children on the autism spectrum as well as newborns, multiples (several sets of twins) and preemies. I do hope to bring my magic into your home, while providing safe, structured and fun care for your little ones!

It absolutely breaks my heart that we had to let Jill go because we moved (almost wish we could have convinced her to move with us!!!!). Jill took care of my boy/girl twins almost all of 2025, from roughly 6 months to 15 months of age. She was such a fundamental person in their lives, to the point that they were obsessed with her! They absolutely loved every single time she walked into the house. She was so knowledgable and intuitive about the best practices to care for them, to help them learn new things, to improve their mood and functionality. Always so flexible when we had changes in the way we wanted things handled, their sleep schedules, anything we could possibly ask. Oftentimes, she would approach us (always openly communicated kindly and with honesty) about things she thought might be good for them as they develop, whether it be a new type of toy or food or method of handling a tantrum. Her approach is always being so gentle and loving. Genuinely, she became a third grandmother for them (and somehow, even better than other people's grandmothers, to be fair...). To be completely honest, she even became a close friend to ME. I had so much support being a new mom and figuring out the ways that I wanted to raise them and everything. Jill is the most amazing person you could ever consider to take care of your kids. She is flexible, kind, and genuine with a warm heart. You seriously could not consider a better nanny for your children.

Hello there! I'm Nélida or Nely for short, and I've been on this wonderful journey for a whopping 16 years, caring for kids aged 3 and up. It's not just a job for me; it's a passion. My journey began when I started babysitting, and over the years, I've honed my skills and grown with every child I've had the pleasure of looking after. Whether they were energetic toddlers or curious preteens, I've been there every step of the way, helping them learn, play, and grow. To make sure I'm well-equipped for the job, I've also invested in training and certifications. I'm proud to hold certifications in First Aid and CPR for infants and children, putting safety at the forefront of my caregiving. Throughout my 16 years of experience, I've had the privilege of working with diverse families, each with their unique dynamics and requirements. This journey has been a rich tapestry of learning and adapting, and it's made me a versatile and understanding caregiver. I believe that every child is special and deserves a caring and respectful environment to thrive. My goal is to create that environment, where kids can explore, learn, and enjoy their childhood to the fullest. I'm genuinely excited about the opportunity to be part of your family's childcare journey, bringing my 16 years of experience and a whole lot of enthusiasm to the table.

Hi everyone! My name is Kaile, I am an 19-year-old college student currently studying pre-nursing wanting to become a NICU nurse. Nurturing young minds is really more than a job for me, it is something I genuinely enjoy doing and care about. My previous babysitting experiences solidified my desire to want to support families and provide reliable, attentive care while in a fun, safe, and positive environment. I have over four years of experience caring for children of all ages and bring a patient, calm, creative, and friendly approach to every interaction. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), I am comfortable handling responsibilities with attentiveness and professionalism, and I prioritize safety at all times! I am CPR and First Aid certified, and my healthcare background helps me remain calm and prepared in a variety of situations. I enjoy engaging with children through outdoor and indoor activities, educational games, or creative play. I am happy to help with routines, homework, and simple meal preparation while following parents’ preferences regarding household rules and communication. I have some college education, am comfortable caring for up to three children, have reliable transportation, and am comfortable around pets. Families describe me as dependable, easy to communicate with, and someone children feel comfortable around. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with your family and create a fun, safe, and enriching environment for your children.

I’ve been caring for children for 15+ years, and I still love the everyday moments most: tiny conversations, silly games, story time, making snacks, helping with routines, and learning what makes each child light up. My experience ranges from newborns as young as 6 days old through children age 13. I’m comfortable with bottles and breastmilk handling, feeding, diapering, bathing, naps, bedtime, developmental play, tutoring, homework help, outings, transportation, sports, meal preparation, overnight care, postpartum support, and the many little things in between. I’ve cared for multiple children at once and managed full days, overnights, and weeklong stretches that included school and camp drop offs, meals, errands, pets, household tidying, homework, play, and bedtime. My caregiving style is warm, calm, attentive, playful, and nurturing. I’m deeply interested in childhood development, attachment, nutrition, education, imaginative play, outdoor exploration, and helping children build confidence, independence, curiosity, and emotional regulation. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, respected, understood, and free to be themselves within thoughtful, consistent boundaries. I’m also highly dependable and organized. My background in military, executive, and operational support taught me to anticipate needs, stay composed, handle responsibility with discretion, create useful routines, and notice the little things that can easily become one more item on a parent’s mind. I have prior infant and toddler CPR and choking response training, military first aid and emergency response training, a reliable vehicle, a good driving record, and I’m comfortable with background checks. Most of all, I hope to be someone your children are happy to see and someone you feel genuinely comfortable welcoming into your home.

Brook has been helping care for my little one since the newborn days. She is like a second mother to him. There are few people whom I can leave my baby with and not worry; with Brook, I don’t have a second thought. She is extremely helpful to have in the household and I could not recommend her more!
