The cooking studio gave me opportunities to teach kids life skills while giving parents free time to take a break and relax. I currently am a licensed RBT working with kids with autism and have been enjoying aspects of the field but I would love to have a more personal experience and help make an impact on a family. The training I went through to gain this certification has given me the ability to identify functions of behavior and the tools to deal with them in the best individualized way for each child. I will be renewing my CPR and First Aid certification as of 4/16/26 in order to get a refresher on those skills in my repertoire. On a more personal note, I am a very organized mind that operates off of lists and schedules while maintaining a fun and enjoyable environment. I would love to help teach children life skills and emotional regulation while also taking things off of parents' plates so they can connect more with their families.
