I enjoy working with, caring for and being around children! I have 15 years of professional child care experience: Five years in a daycare setting working with infants to 5-year-olds. Four years as a full time nanny/housekeeper/household manager for two small children. Part time nanny for 3.5 years caring for a young girl. I've also done overnight babysitting for a family throughout the last 15 yrs. I currently nanny part time for 3-year-old twins and assist a first grader through remote learning part time as well. I find it rewarding to make a positive contribution in a family setting and be a part of the upbringing of a child. Caring for children isn’t just something I do but it’s something I genuinely love. As an education major, I’ve spent years studying child development, but more importantly, I’ve spent real time with kids: substitute teaching during school, working at The Goddard School, and always being surrounded by little ones in both personal and professional spaces.
