Hi! My name is Chanda. I am a Christian, a wife, and a mother of two beautiful daughters. I have been working with and teaching all age groups since I was 13 years old as a hip-hop dance choreographer. I knew then that I wanted to teach in any way that I could. Since then, I have been an after-school teacher for a middle school, an arts and crafts teacher at a charter middle school. I was at a childcare center where I went from being a lunch breaker and moving all the way up to Assistant Director at Siegel Learning Zone(2018-2020). I worked as the Assistant Director for the Primrose School of Murfreesboro(2020-2022). I left childhood care to work as a caregiver and then missed the littles so much that I went back to child care for a year at Cadence Academy. In early 2025 I completed my state exam to become a Registered Behavior Technician(RBT). Kids are a true passion of mine so I’m always learning how to help them more. My goal is to eventually open up my own childcare center. I love being able to make a difference in each one of their little lives. I make it my mission to intentionally know them all by name so that even with a greeting and a smile, it still makes a difference. I am fun, energetic, and love coming up with new ways to entertain/teach the children.

I have my Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Carson-Newman University. I worked in a blended Pre-K as an assistant at Sam-E Primary Knox County schools in 2020. I taught Sunday at my church ages infant to 4yr olds for 6 years. I have babysat for numerous of families with a wide range of ages in kids from infants to 12 year olds with some families having 4 children. I am a pre-K teacher for Metro Nashville Public schools. First aid and CPR certified. I have a pasted background check through Nashville schools system as well as previous ones in the past.

Hello! My name is Jordan. I have an Associate’s Degree in Psychology, and I am currently a junior at MTSU studying Political and Global Affairs in International Relations! I’m working as an infant teacher at a local child care facility, but am available for weekends and weeknight opportunities! I have the most experience with infants and elementary students, but I love children of all ages, and can find fun ways to connect with each age group. From age 15-18, I was the primary caregiver to my two sisters (4 and 9). Over the past six years, I have also gained three years of experience as a nanny and three years of experience teaching preschool ages newborn through three. I am also CPR and first aid certified.
