Hi I’m Madeline, and I’ve worked with children ages 8 weeks & up, on and off since my high school years! I often would babysit during summer time throughout high school, and I worked in a church nursery during college to gain lots of experience. Things like communicating specific child needs/concerns with parents, providing comfort and emotional/physical care to children (i.e. soothing with songs or distracting with toys during distress), as well as observing play activities to identify positive behaviors and implementing behavior redirection when appropriate were all valuable learning experiences I gained during this time, on top of doing the basic tasks like changing diapers and providing snacks/meals. I am also CPR certified as of August 2023. I must say, working with children is one of the most fulfilling jobs I think a girl can have! Even after graduating college, I worked in a pediatric dental office for nearly two years and it was so much fun getting to still be surrounded by kiddos each day. That being said, I am currently in the middle of figuring out my career path and looking for something to fulfill me in the meantime!

my name is delaney and i graduated highschool a year ago and have been working at tjmaxx since. i have a twin sister and a sister who is 11 months older. i have been around little kids my whole life from little cousins to my friends having babies of their own and letting me watch them. i absolutely love babies and toddlers. they are so fun for me to watch they really bring out my bright side. i also love love love all types of animals. i have 2 cats and they are my precious babies. i think it would really benefit me in the future for when i have my own family some day. i would love to be able to help out families and they’re babies and fur babies if given the opportunity!
