I have learned the importance of time management. Most week day mornings I am the only one at home to make sure my 2 sisters get up, get dressed, are properly fed and prepared to go to school. Which leads me into problem solving, being tasked with preparing my 2 sisters for school on the daily basis has had it's own set of obstacles that at times can be very troublesome, yet with patience and good communication I am able to get mostly positive results. I have at times had to tend to at least one of my sisters while they are ill (with flu or coved) while my parents are at work and this has helped me gain a skill of being compassionate and caring even when I have my own personal problems going on. Lastly, one skill I have learned that is possibly my best skill is to lead. I have learned from baby sitting that it is required to set rules and and routines and make sure to have my sisters follow them.
