Hi parents! I’m Emelee and am so excited to meet you & your little ones! I am 22 years old, I was born and raised here in Corpus Christi and I absolutely love living here. I graduated from Veterans Memorial High School where I was an athletic trainer for 3 years. Majority of my family lives here in Corpus and as one of the older cousins of a big family I have always been around younger children, so naturally caregiving as always been apart of my life style and how I strive to be to others. I have been working with kids for as long as I can remember. My background caring for babies, toddlers, elementary age, and youth started when I was in high school when a few of my coaches, who had children, asked me to babysit their little ones on the weekend. Since then I have worked in a childcare facility, caring for multiple babies at once. As well as worked in summer recreational programs with the youth of Corpus Christi. With occasionally still babysitting or nannying for family and friends! With having many years of experience I have yet to experience any kind of serious injury or incidents around children but to give my families a little more comfort & confidence in me, I am CPR and First Aid certified. I first got certified in high school but have continued to get training annually since to stay updated & keep my training fresh! In my free time, I enjoy being outside. I love the sun and fresh air! Whether I’m outside, going for a run or playing with my niece at the playground, I love some quality time outdoors! I won’t lie though, I can definitely be a home body pretty often. My husband and I have been married for about a year and a half and we have 2 cats - who are definitely taking the spots of children for the time being! He is originally from Washington state but is stationed here in Corpus in the Navy. Along with making sure your family is getting the absolute best care, I will do everything to my best capabilities to make sure your little ones are being cared for but are also having fun and learning every day! My name is Jules. I’m 21 and go to school at TAMCC. I really love kids, drawing, sports, and animals. I’ve been babysitting since I was 13. I used to babysit for my dad’s coworker’s kids(Air Force branch) Then worked at the YMCA in the daycare, after school program, and refereeing kids sports.
