I have always had a passion for working with kids. I have worked for Radiant Swim School as a Deck Manager and Assistant Swim Instructor for 4 years every summer and briefly volunteered with Glen Rose Elementary school as a aide for students and staff. Hey! My name is Audrey and I am here from Texas! I have babysat my neices in nephews since I was 12 years old which now include 4 nieces and 4 nephews, ages 13, 8, 8, 4, 2, 2, 1, and a newborn. I have also watched children in high school including 2 girls ages 5 and 7. I took them home after school and helped with homework, took them to sports practices, fed them meals during the spring of 2023. I watched a little boy age 6 during summer of 2023 where I watched over him while his parents were at work. I nannied 2 little girls, ages 2 and 5 during the summer of 2024. Fed them meals, playtime, and naps. In college, fall of 2024, I nannied for 2 kids ages 12 and 3 where I got them ready for school, took them to school, picked them up from school, fed them meals, took them to practies, and watched them until late at night. Watching children make my life a little brighter. I love spending time with my nieces and nephews and enjoy seeing them laugh, which I love to be apart of. The childs safety is my number one priority and will always be. As an aunt and an adult in this world, I understand what it's like to have anxieties about their safety and my safety as well and being able to control my part in it. I am a mother of two sweet and energetic boys. 1.5 years, and 11 years. I used to work at The Children's Courtyard in 2008-2010. I did many things, I was an assistant teacher with pretty much every age group infant -pre -k. I worked at Childcare Creations in Granbury, TX in 2017. I would say most of my experience just comes from being a mother. I am CPR/ First Aid/AUD certified, and Food Handler certified. I love to teach by playing outdoors or with experiments, hands on learning and experience is the best way to learn. I want to see children grow up strong not only mentally, physically, and emotionally, but spiritually as well. After all, they are the future.
