Maia also had a rare genetic disorder called Miller-Dieker syndrome. I have experience with but not limited to tube feedings, seizures, picc lines, oxygen, vents(cpap/bipap), and repositioning. I'm extremely comfortable with special needs children(also neurodivergent individuals) after having my own children with these disorders.
