Welcome! Child care & how young minds form are one of my passions, where I lead with grace, compassion, and patience. I like to say I am not a person to demand them around but guide them along a path of exploration & adventure called life. I continuously teach the kiddos in my life how to regulate their emotions, use their words for expression, & validate their feelings. I am a very creative person & love to share that with the kiddos rather it’s physically making art, going on a scavenger hunt, telling them stories, or whatever is of their likings within creativity. I have much experience ages 2 mo-7 years & recently been gaining more experience with 8-15 year olds. My experience is all around coming from doing behavioral therapy with children along the spectrum, behavioral help within classroom settings, visits to parks & pools, in-home routine care (hygiene, meal prep, chores etc.), & giving swim/basketball lessons. I believe it is thoroughly important to hold space for the developing mind of children by boosting their interests & creating a safe space for them to make mistakes & learn from them. I am very experienced with children who are non-verbal & do not know asl yet. I am someone who likes go keep kiddos off of screens as much as possible yet am all down for a movie night & singing/reading books before nap/bedtime. I have a special understanding on techniques to connect with kids who are shy or nervous to have a new caregiver. I carry a warming & loving presence which helps kiddos feel safe in my presence. Alongside, childcare I offer services of animal care & house care. I have many references for whichever you are wanting. I hope this gives you a little picture of who I am. I have taken care of children for as long as I can remember. As a teenager, I worked in a daycare center for 2 and 3 year old children for two years after school. During those two years I would leave after my lunch break from high school and go work as an aide for a kindergarten class my Junior year. Then as an aide in a second grade classroom my Senior year. I also watched children from my church as well as babysat for family and friends children. I went to college and got my associates degree. I planned on being an elementary school teacher then, but I got married and had a child. I decided to watch children in my home and then in a different daycare with the 3 year olds first and then in the baby room until my son started Kindergarten. I substituted for two years in his elementary school until we moved. During this entire time I would continue to babysit family and friends children. I changed careers for a while due to financial reasons. About ten years after that I really wanted to go back to working with children. I started part time for an after school program until I was promoted to front office secretary of the elementary school. I worked there for several years. I helped in the lunchroom and when teachers would need my help. I then left to teach 3-4 year olds in my church day school. I love children of all ages, and honestly they love me too. I moved to Utah from Texas about one year ago. Now I am wanting to babysit date nights and other times when I am needed. I really feel that when you have to be away from your children, that a mom is the best substitute for you.

Hi everyone my name is Denya, I’m offering childcare as well as some pet care, and housekeeping! I’m a newly graduate as well as a cosmetologist! Hello my name is Carina , Ive been into the daycare Business since I was a teen, my mom had a at home daycare in 1998 till she passed in 2017. After her passing me and my sisters continued to keep the childcare business. I’m great with any age Children. I’d be able to take any shifts after 5:30 pm - 5am Monday - Friday And any time on the weekends .

I have six years in experience for childcare and caregiving. I started working at a preschool in high school and I loved it so much but then I had to leave to take care of my mom that had cancer until she passed away in 2022. I am now wanting to start my life again and start watching Children again. They know how to make your day and make you smile, I have my food handlers. I’m meeting to go get my first aid and my CPR redone again. I have worked in multiple childcare centers. They just never worked out for me as I lived by Willard and they were living all the way out in Salt Lake.
