I have been working with infants and children for the last 10 years and I also have three children of my own. I have my Associate's degree in Psychology and I am continuing my education in hopes to become an Adolescent Clinical Therapist. I am also CPR and First Aid Certified. I love working with kids on a personal level by learning their personality. I use a hands-on approach to gain the trust of both parent and child. Providing childcare isn't just a job, it's accepting to play a large role in a child's life and help guide them as they grow and develop. I love fun and smiles but I also like to promote educational activities appropriate to the child's age (for example going over the alphabet or doing puzzles with a toddler, or practicing tummy time with an infant!) I strive to become not only their babysitter, but one of their best friends. I have a genuine love and passion for kids and I have realized this is my life's calling. I think that providing childcare would be the best job for me while I am continuing my education because it's doing what I love, working in the direction I plan to go with my career and also allows me to keep my son with me while I work, which gives him the opportunity to interact with other children. I have excellent writing and verbal skills, my specialty is drawing and arts & crafts, skilled hider, below average seeker, animal lover, excellent board game player, excellent story time reader and swing pusher, great at cuddling and I know the tickle monster very well, excellent boo-boo kisser, and I may not be the best singer or dancer but that doesn't stop me from putting on a show. I don't mind embarrassing myself for a laugh (well for the kids at least)! It's so easy to make them smile and I absolutely love doing it.

Although I have traded in my professional teaching and nanny career for an office environment several years ago, I worked at a nanny for approx. two years (7 months to 8 years old), opened an in-home daycare (18months-3yrs), and worked in daycare centers and pre-schools for many years after that. I also have been babysitting since I was about 13 years old and have actively served in church serving in children's ministry and nursery. I currently lead a small team of ladies for nursery at current church.

Also every Sunday I volunteer at my church teaching kids about Jesus with kids that range from ages 3- elementary age.

Hello! My name is Bailey and I have been babysitting for around 4 years now! I love children and was apart of a preschool program in my school for 2 years until i graduated! I have also grown up with watching my niece and nephew for 31/2 years now and would babysit for other children often, so I would say I have plenty of experience! I love doing activities with children and taking them outside to play is always the best! I am very adventurous and love playing games and doing fun things.

I have six years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns up; I am a mother of four, including twins! My first job was at a Head Start public school, where I worked for three years. After taking a year off at home, I worked at Tiny Tots, a daycare in Warrenton—I love caring for children! I left that job because I wanted to spend the holidays at home with my twins, and now I am looking for childcare work. I am a very good cook, I can handle cleaning, and so on; if you hire me, I guarantee you won't regret it.

Hello! I have been babysitting since I was about 10 years old, of course then the parents were just doing stuff around the house or entertaining my love of playing with children. Since then I have nannied for four different families over the past 5 years, babysat for multiple families in my community and for cousins in multiple states. I have much experience for kids anywhere from newborns to 10-11 year olds. I just adore kids and love to play with and care for them. I love to watch them grow and learn to become awesome kids! I look forward to potentially meeting you all!

Hi families! My name is Chloe Lawson, I’m 24 years old and currently studying to become a dental hygienist at Laurel Ridge Community College. I have over 2 years of professional nanny experience, along with 6 months as a preschool teacher, and I absolutely love working with children of all ages—from cuddly newborns to curious school-aged adventurers. I’m CPR/First Aid certified and also certified to teach through Penn Foster. I bring a calm, nurturing energy to infant care—whether it’s bottle feedings, diaper changes, nap routines, or simply offering loving one-on-one attention during those important early months. With toddlers and older kids, I’m all about creativity and exploration! I love making crafts, spending time outdoors, going on little adventures, and finding fun, enriching ways to keep children engaged and supported. I’m experienced with larger groups of children and always stay organized, patient, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, or occasional help, I’m currently looking for a flexible and kind family to support. Please feel free to message me with any questions—I’d love to get to know your family and see how I can help! 💛
