If I could be around children 24/7 I would. I adore quality time and really getting to know about your child/children. In my past experience I have worked with about 3 different families. The most recent nanny job I had I started watching her when she was just 6 months old and stayed with her up until she turned 5. Reason being I had to relocate. I spent a lot of time getting to know Phoenix and what worked well for her and what didn’t. We would have a lot of dance parties karaoke days and arts and craft projects. Working closely with the mom and dad we created a schedule that worked well for Phoenix. I would bath , feed, organize play dates , and do phoenixs laundry amongst many other things. My favorite thing about all of this is caring and loving your child while instilling life moments and life lessons they take with them throughout their life. I will say getting to see how much little kids absorb and are eager to learn,love, and get their hands dirty has brought joy to my life which is all I care to do in return for you and your family .
