I remember how excited I was to take the Red Cross Babysitting and Childcare Training Course the summer going into 6th grade. Ever since then I have always found myself working with children in some capacity. From those early days babysitting, then enjoying volunteering as a Kid’s Class Instructor at the Kung Fu Academy I attended throughout my childhood and teen years. I found my first job at a Potterville Pottery, primarily instructing kids and adults in Ceramics and Acrylic Painting. There I maintained weekly private lessons with multiple students, ranging from 6 years old to High School age. All throughout my teen and early college years I maintained contact with around five families who I would provide as needed babysitting services for. As I wanted to cultivate the joy I found in caring for children, I found my first full-time job as a private caregiver for a lovely family a few towns away. It cemented how I truly enjoyed guiding children to be their very best. Now, I seek to continue my childcare career. From April to October, I manage a busy State Park Campground. Through the winters I provide childcare services for multiple families, or sometimes one full-time. While the care of children may be the primary goal of having a Nanny, I recognize the support I can provide to the whole family. I am a very neat person, and I love to clean. Often while a baby naps or a toddler has some independent quiet time, I seek to tidy the living spaces, keep the kitchen sink shining, and help with other chores to keep the space as inviting as possible for the family. My name is Morgan I am 19 years old, I’ve been a nanny for over 2 years, and babysat since before I was in high school. I am CPR first aid certified with a clean driving record and personal car. I am looking for an outdoor /sport oriented family that is willing to let me take their child(ren) places to get out of the house and do fun activities on occasion. I’m looking for a minimum of 32 hours a week ideally a full-time position weekends are OK but not preferred. I work for another family on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12 to 5 PM.
