I spend most of my free time exploring with my golden retriever, Grace. I enjoy a large variety of hobbies, such as hiking, photography, music, crafts, and sports. -Childcare Background & Approach- I have over 15 years of experience caring for children from infancy through the teenage years. My goal is to provide a safe, loving, stable environment with a focus on fun, learning, and balance. I routinely plan outings, activities, etc. to keep them engaged and happy while also ensuring that they have downtime to recharge. I recognize that all families and all children are different, can quickly adapt my approach based on the uniqueness of each child and the needs of the family. Hello families! My name is Donaisha, but I go by Dee. I am originally born and raised in California, and have been a resident here in Washington for about 5 years now. I am a mother to a beautiful, sweet, smart, funny, outgoing and friendly 6 year old daughter (Kenya). I call her my assistant as she sometimes has to accompany me to jobs I pick up here. She is the reason I began my nanny journey back in 2017. During the past 6 years I have done pretty much every setting when it comes to childcare!
