My name is Sharyl, I am 22 yrs old, one of eight children, and very passionate about creating an environment of love, kindness, encouragement, and patience for children and other fellow humans (: I've been blessed with many opportunities to do so, including running a kids activity group (childcare) at a local non profit in 2018-2019, being a piano instructor for four students from 2017-2019, and caregiving for my dear grandmother (handicapped/dementia) for five months in 2020. During my time running a kids activity group I cared for children between the ages of 2mo-10yrs old. Throughout all those jobs I maintained a positive, safe, clean, and encouraging environment and atmosphere that allowed those children to thrive and grow. I would love to continue to give children such an environment through a nanny or babysitting job. Some activities I love doing with kids would include going outside, playing at parks, reading books, building toys, and singing/enjoying music. The last thing I'm going to do is put a child in front of a screen! I would love to work with your kiddos and give them a positive, safe, clean, and encouraging environment that allows them to thrive and grow! I am needing a small income as I endeavor to pursue some independent learning in business/management. I am seeking a part-time job (or a one time job!) at 5-12 hours a week, for 1-2 kids. I have babysat a little boy named Cannon for 2 years but be moved away! I volunteer at a Deaf & Hard of Hearing classroom (but currently cannot because of COVID Regulations), I volunteer at a Deaf and Hard of Hearing camp and a Type One Diabetes camp every summer.
