Hello! I’m looking to watch a up to possibly two kiddos in my home! M-F Anywhere from 6am-6pm (might consider other days or hours for the right candidate) *Rates would be based hourly. (Depending on age, specific needs and schedule.) I will provide: •Meals, if needed •Healthy snacks •Age appropriate crafts, colors, paints and activities. I'm 35 years old. I have five children. Oldest is 14 years old and youngest is 5 months. I'd describe my personality as Funny, Caring and Honest. I like working with kids because they let me show my nurturing side and do not judge me when I'm silly. I'm looking for a job that lets me feel like I made another child (besides my own) smile that day! :) My previous job was with Essentia Health working overnights at the hospital. Overnights are very taxing on the body and my children were also suffering from not being able to spend as much time with me. We have decided to stop the overnights. I started working with kids when I was very young | started babysitting for my family, as all my older cousins we're about 10 to 15 years older than I was. I started earning money and learning to save for college. A dream of mine at that age was to become a teacher, so I thought the skill would come in handy. In my spare time, I love to spend time doing crafts with my children and being outdoors. Things you should know about me: I have had a private security license. Which means I have been fingerprinted and cleared by all government agencies for my background as well. :) My job is to respect your family and have your needs met— that is my number one. In my opinion, children are great when it comes to judging character. Nine times out of ten if they don't like you, they must have a good reason. I’ve been through Basic Life Support Certification and child and adult CPR, as well as first aid training. I have my AAS in Criminology & Criminal Justice. I also used to do volunteer work with Spooner Police Department and Washburn County Sheriff Department. ***My ideal job offer would be watching a child in my home. I would take a lesser wage for that accommodation. But please keep my experience and work ethics in mind. Please let me know if we can work anything out. Thank you for your time reading this. I hope you find the care that fits your family well!! :)

I absolutely love how great Ashely was with our kiddos. She watched them for long hours months on end while we worked at an industrial plant doing an electrical rebuild. I hated transferring and begged for her to move with us. I promise your kiddos are in the best of hands with Ashley. I still can't find anyone to fill the shoes to her performance and probably never will.

Hello! My name is Briseida, and I have over five years of experience caring for children. One of the most rewarding aspects of being a sitter is the genuine joy I find in being around kids and positively impacting their lives. I love witnessing their unique personalities, helping them explore their interests, and being a source of laughter, learning, and safety for them. To me, caring for children is about more than just supervision, it’s about creating a safe and loving environment where they feel supported, encouraged, and free to be themselves. With my interest in psychology, child development, and my future career in healthcare, I understand how important it is to help children learn, grow, and reach important milestones. I love planning fun activities, crafts, and outdoor adventures while also helping kids build confidence, independence, and positive routines. Families often describe me as responsible, trustworthy, attentive, and easy to communicate with. I understand the challenges parents face when leaving their children in someone else’s care, and I strive to provide the same level of patience, warmth, and dedication that I would want for my own family. My ultimate goal is to be not only a sitter that your children enjoy spending time with but also a reliable and reassuring presence for parents, ensuring their complete peace of mind.

Why do you love being a sitter? I love caring for children and making them feel safe, supported, and cared for. I enjoy building meaningful bonds with the children I work with and helping them feel valued and special. I also enjoy creating fun, engaging activities that support their learning and development while maintaining a safe and positive environment. What experience do you have? I currently work in a childcare setting with children ranging from a few months old to 3 years old. My responsibilities include supervising children, assisting with meals, diaper changes, nap time, and leading educational activities. I have also worked as a paraprofessional substitute with upper elementary students, where I assisted with group work and supervised children during recess and lunch. In addition, I have experience helping care for my younger sister. What skills and training do you have? I have experience caring for multiple children at once while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment. I am skilled in planning and leading age-appropriate activities, meeting children’s daily needs, and providing nurturing care. I am comfortable working with young children, communicating with families, and handling situations calmly and responsibly. I am currently attending school to become a teacher, which is helping me develop additional knowledge and skills in child development, education, and classroom management. My childcare and school experience have strengthened my patience, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

As well as, singing, dancing, reading books together, playing make believe and dress up, bird watching, bug watching, and jumping on trampolines. I am also a big fan of incorporating age appropriate activities for kids to learn practical skills involving motor skills and focus, including folding laundry, washing dishes, sweeping, helping care for younger siblings and pets, etc., all in a supportive and caring environment that allows for mishaps to be made and any adjustments that are needing to be made to be communicated clearly and kindly, so that children can grow towards independence and confidence . Thanks for reading this! Message me with any and all questions :)

I am 22 years old and a very well experienced nanny and mom, all past jobs ending due to moving cities or the kids being old enough to not need care. I love helping kids grow and thrive. Giggles make EVERYTHING better. I charge a base rate of $18 an hour per one kid daytime and $22 for overnight. I love making sure that the kids are having fun while keeping safety as a priority. I am comfortable watching them at either your house or mine and am very comfortable with pets. I have a 15 month old daughter that would be with me as well.
