I have 10 years of babysitter and nanny experience working with kids. I am patient, interact well with children and am also dedicated to the well upbringing and safety of children. Personally I've raised two girls of my own and is currently an empty nester. Now that I'm no longer a full time mom, I'm taking on some part time jobs assisting other busy parents. I'm also comfortable being around pets. My family moved to WA 23 years ago and I turned a full time mom out of choice. During those years I had the joy of caring for my kids and volunteered as a teacher helper when my younger child started elementary school, helping other children in school with reading and art projects. I taught elementary Singapore Mathematics and substituted for challenged students English classes on Saturdays with Northwest Chinese School when my daughters were attending Chinese lessons there for 3-4 years. Also privately tutored some Taiwanese kids and assisted non-fluent English speakers in the library ESL classes over the years. I believe with proper nurturing and providing children with early learning opportunity can enhance positive child development. I highly value quality education. I am good at reading books to kids and enjoy singing children's songs and rhymes with them. I am great at telling time-tested and children-proved stories. I am good at teaching and making art and craft projects. Also able to handle making healthy kids meals and cleaning after kids with ease. Since the past years to date I have been working part time and occasionally for families with kids ranging from 0 months to 12 years old. I have experience with baby and toddler care. I am currently available for date nights and weekends babysitting. Any other details beyond, I'll be glad to divulge during an interview. Thank you for your consideration.

May is a kind, caring, and wonderful baby sitter. She is detail ordinated and kept us apprised of her actions and care throughout the time she watched our 1 year old daughter. My wife was very impressed on her ability to put our daughter at ease. We highly recommend May.

Brian provided outstanding care for our infant daughter while also helping keep our household running smoothly. He was attentive, patient, and nurturing, ensuring our daughter was safe, engaged, and meeting developmental milestones through tummy time, basic motor skill activities and early reading. In addition to his childcare responsibilities, Brian assisted with household tasks such as tidying common areas, managing children's laundry, washing bottles, and helping maintain an organized home environment. His reliability, strong work ethic, and genuine care for our family made him an invaluable part of our household. We highly recommend him to any family seeking a trustworthy and capable caregiver.

Hello Everyone! My name is Karen. I have been a Special Education teacher for 12 years now, 11 years in NYC Department of Education and 1 year in Seattle Public Schools. I have experience working with children of all ages ranging from 6 months to 15 years of age and also range in breadth of experience (babysitter, nanny, tutor, community life skills). Karen watched my 1-year-old a few times. My daughter absolutely loved her. She took great care of her and would send me updates throughout the day while I was at work. Karen is very sweet and caring. She communicates very well and is always on time. Unfortunately, my schedule changed, and we no longer have her, but I would absolutely recommend her Karen was wonderful!

I am currently working in a daycare with children between 1-4 years old. I have also had the opportunity to develop myself in different aspects and areas. I have had the opportunity to work as a teacher's assistant in summer workshops at Weberbauer School. In this organization, I was responsible for supporting perceptual and motor learning in pre-kindergarten children. I was involved in the preparation of exhibitions, dances and plays for the children, as well as in the elaboration of didactic and formative material. Also, I volunteered for some months in the organization TECHO PERU, a nonprofit organization responsible for bringing aid to the neediest people, within my work I was part of the team of volunteers in the schools of remote communities where we support children in their homework, teach them to write, to read and provide children's shows as recreation with games and dances. These experiences gave me enormous gratitude and today, being a professional with vast experience and comprehensive training. I am also certified in first aid and CPR, in case of any emergency, a course which helped me learn more about the care of children and adults.

She has the kindest, calmest demeanor — our 5 month old baby took to her instantly. She blended seamlessly into our routine, showed up right on time, asked the right questions, and kept communication clear and easy throughout. We felt completely at ease leaving our little one in such capable hands, and the baby was happy and content when we returned. A true gem! Highly recommend.

Infant and toddler nanny available this summer June-September Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays for up to 18 hours a week. Also available for occasional date nights. Hello, families! I have over 10 years of intermittent babysitting experience as well as a year of nanny experience! I currently work as a therapist but I miss working with littles. Before becoming a therapist, I was a part-time nanny for a 9-15 month old, and I loved my job! Along with the usual diaper changes, bottles, and naps, we spent the day playing in the kiddie pool during the summer, reading lots of board books, doing assisted walking, working on language acquisition, going to the park, and singing and dancing. My style tends to be child-led: I observe what activities the child gravitates toward and then introduce a new element to help with development. Other experience: In 2023, I was also a nanny for a 4-8 month old and an 8-11 month old. We went on lots of walks together, did tummy time and playing, and had many in-depth nonsensical conversations ;). Besides childcare and being a mental health counselor, my main work experience has been as a Life Enrichment Assistant at an assisted living community, which I did for five years, helping to run activities and events. During that time, I came up with creative activities (art, music, games, outings), and I love bringing this creativity to my nanny and babysitting jobs to keep children engaged and learning. A few more things about me: I love cleaning, baking, playing ukulele, singing in the rain, and playing with pets. Thank you for your time and for considering me to care for your kiddos! I look forward to hearing from you.

I’m a dependable, patient, and easygoing dad to a 1-year-old girl and a 5-year-old boy, so I understand firsthand how important trust, safety, and consistency are when it comes to childcare. I’m comfortable helping with day-to-day routines like meals, playtime, homework help, bedtime routines, and keeping things tidy while making sure kids stay engaged and cared for. I’m especially good at staying calm under pressure, communicating clearly, and adapting to different personalities and family routines. I know every child is different, and I try to create an environment where kids feel comfortable, supported, and safe. I’m also comfortable around pets, helping with light household tasks if needed, and handling higher-energy kids with patience and structure. My goal is to be someone families can genuinely rely on and feel good about having around their home.
