I’m currently looking for part or full time positions. Most recently worked with a two year old and his one year old twin brothers. I’ve worked 1:1 with autistic kiddos working on speech, working through behavioral “problems” and have done sitdown table work as well with some kids in my class my first year in the school district preschool (I left that job after Covid hit and they wanted us to go back in person as well as conflict with the teacher I was a para for.) Working with kids is my biggest passion and creating connections and special bonds with them is my biggest joy. I’m very crafty and artistic and love to incorporate that in any way I can when I’m babysitting. Very basic knowledge of ASL (fingerspelling, common signs (milk, drink, eat/food, please, thank you, want, need, help, etc.)). **Fully covid Vaccinated! And boosted!**

Hi, I’m Arianne. I’ve been a nanny for 12 years. I have Nannie’s all ages from infancy-pre teen. I tend to stay in long term positions if it’s the right fit. The last two families I have worked for have been long term. I was with my last family for 5 years and I still continue to do babysitting gigs for them when needed. They have 6 kids but I primarily cared for the 3 youngest (8,5, and 1). I have been with my current family for 2 years. They have 3 kids (8, 6, and 3) The youngest, I believe, will start preschool in the fall, so I’m putting feelers out for a new position. I do like to let potential families know a couple things before we proceed just not to waste anyone’s time and just in case values are extremely different. 1. I have a lot of tattoos and some piercings. But I do not do drugs or smoke and I rarely even drink. I am open to drug testing and full background checks. 2. I am a lesbian. I know that may not be acceptable to all people so I like to let people know beforehand. 3. This is my sole source of income. If you hire me on, I will need 40 guaranteed hours and sick pay. I fell in love with being a sitter when my sister started her family. Her girls are now 1 and 3 and a half years old, and I have spent so much time helping her with her girls, both while she's home and while she's away. Kids are so much fun, and it's a privilege to be involved in their lives as they learn how they want to be in this world. Sometimes a family just needs an extra person to entertain or clean up around the house, to give the parent staying at home a break. Other times, a parent or parents are working or need to take care of personal matters outside of the home, and need someone to be the primary caregiver while they are away. Whatever your family needs, I can accommodate so that your child feels consistently supported. I respect that every family has their own style, and I will gladly learn your rules and be the role you envision for your family. Hey there! I recently left a job at an early childhood education center working with 18-24 month olds to relocate. I held that position for close to 6 years and it was a job I loved and was very rewarding! My childcare experience ranges from babysitting, nannying, preschool teaching and daycare work Ive always loved kids from as far back as I remember and so it seemed pretty inevitable that all of my employed jobs have been working with them.
