Hi, I’m Arianne. I’ve been a nanny for 12 years. I have Nannie’s all ages from infancy-pre teen. I tend to stay in long term positions if it’s the right fit. The last two families I have worked for have been long term. I was with my last family for 5 years and I still continue to do babysitting gigs for them when needed. They have 6 kids but I primarily cared for the 3 youngest (8,5, and 1). I have been with my current family for 2 years. They have 3 kids (8, 6, and 3) The youngest, I believe, will start preschool in the fall, so I’m putting feelers out for a new position. I do like to let potential families know a couple things before we proceed just not to waste anyone’s time and just in case values are extremely different. 1. I have a lot of tattoos and some piercings. But I do not do drugs or smoke and I rarely even drink. I am open to drug testing and full background checks. 2. I am a lesbian. I know that may not be acceptable to all people so I like to let people know beforehand. 3. This is my sole source of income. If you hire me on, I will need 40 guaranteed hours and sick pay. If for any reason needs change, I will need notice a month in advance. Thanks for taking the time to read this. And if I don’t hear from you, good luck finding an amazing caregiver.

I’m currently looking for part or full time positions. Most recently worked with a two year old and his one year old twin brothers. I’ve worked 1:1 with autistic kiddos working on speech, working through behavioral “problems” and have done sitdown table work as well with some kids in my class my first year in the school district preschool (I left that job after Covid hit and they wanted us to go back in person as well as conflict with the teacher I was a para for.) Working with kids is my biggest passion and creating connections and special bonds with them is my biggest joy. I’m very crafty and artistic and love to incorporate that in any way I can when I’m babysitting. Very basic knowledge of ASL (fingerspelling, common signs (milk, drink, eat/food, please, thank you, want, need, help, etc.)). **Fully covid Vaccinated! And boosted!**

I am currently 22, and I have been babysitting since I was 12. I have had a consistent childcare job(daycare, nannying) for the past few years. I have four years of experience as a summer camp counselor, and have moved on to a leadership team at the same camp. I can drive, and I am certified in CPR and first aid. I love getting outside with kids and doing art projects as well!

I fell in love with being a sitter when my sister started her family. Her girls are now 1 and 3 and a half years old, and I have spent so much time helping her with her girls, both while she's home and while she's away. Kids are so much fun, and it's a privilege to be involved in their lives as they learn how they want to be in this world. Sometimes a family just needs an extra person to entertain or clean up around the house, to give the parent staying at home a break. Other times, a parent or parents are working or need to take care of personal matters outside of the home, and need someone to be the primary caregiver while they are away. Whatever your family needs, I can accommodate so that your child feels consistently supported. I respect that every family has their own style, and I will gladly learn your rules and be the role you envision for your family. I have only assisted with family, so this is new territory for me, and possibly for you, too! I am more than happy to start slow, so that we can all get comfortable with each other.

Hi there! My name is Julianne. I’m an experienced caregiver with over 15 years of experience working with children of all ages—from newborns to high schoolers. Whether you need a hand with a newborn’s routine or someone to engage with your energetic pre-teen, I pride myself on being adaptable, calm, and reliable. Why I’m currently available: I recently finished my final fieldwork rotation in outpatient pediatrics for my Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree. While I’m currently hitting the books to study for my national boards (NBCOT), I have a very flexible schedule and am looking to pick up occasional babysitting or a light, part-time nannying role. What I bring to your home: Clinical Background: My OT education has given me a deep understanding of child development, sensory needs, and creative play. Safety First: I am fully CPR and First Aid certified. Versatile Experience: From long-term nannying to one-off weekend sitting, I understand the importance of following a family’s unique rhythm and rules. I’m a big fan of staying active, whether that’s getting outside, working on a craft, or helping with homework. I’d love to help your family find some extra balance while I work toward my professional certification!

Hey there! My name is Gianna and I live in West Olympia. I'm from NorCal & recently moved to WA. I'm 27 years old and have been working with kids for about 12 years now. I'm going to include my bio below, but please feel free to ask me any questions or share more about what you guys are looking for. :) As for working hours I'm typically available in afternoons and evenings but can also do occasional overnights &/or weekends starting earlier if needed. I hope you guys are having a good holiday season so far and have an amazing start to your 2025. ~~~ For as long as I can remember, I have been skillful at and genuinely enjoyed connecting with kids and looking after them. I value being a safe space for others. It's my goal and specialty when working with kids to create an environment where everyone feels cared for, heard, seen, and at ease. I've worked as a teacher in school settings, babysitter, nanny, private tutor, youth dance instructor, and also a pet (and plant!) sitter. One of my favorite jobs was being an arts & sciences exploratory instructor for elementary school kids from 2019-2020. I have a history of knowing how to enter a room and be a source of positive energy for those who need care. My priority is making sure that I'm providing the care you're looking for and making sure that your kids, home, and/ or pets are in the best hands. This world can be a chaotic place, so it's always my pleasure to bring help and peace of mind. I am highly empathetic and sensitive to the needs of others. I respect all people, all backgrounds and circumstances etc. - I believe in honoring all beings with love and compassion, period. I'm also equipped at working with kids who are neurodivergent (ex: ADHD, sensory processing concerns, dyslexia, etc.), as I have lived experience in this department, so it's helped me become excellent at communication and aid to others on the spectrum who relate. I'm fortunate to have never lost that sense of wonder and imagination from childhood, so I'm great at keeping kids entertained and engaged for hours on end. I'm good at making up games on the spot, and even throwing in some educational aspects of it. I believe in making learning fun, but of course safe as well. I'm good at conflict resolving if things arise, and am proud to say I'm a reliable communicator. I enjoy making those who I'm working for feel like they can count on me to be responsive and transparent at all times. Have a beautiful day and take care, -Gianna

Hi! I have years of experience preparing children for Kindergarten. Being CPR/First Aid certified as well as having my AA in early childhood education, qualifies me for this field of work but, my passion in making sure the kiddos in my care enter Kindergarten with confidence, makes me good at what I do.
