I have had a driver’s license for about a year now, and have all COVID-19 vaccinations. I can clean, do laundry, meal prep, help with homework, and entertain the kids! I have experience through being one of the oldest cousins in my family, so I have always been relied on for watching the kids and babies while the adults go out. Hi! Since I can remember, I loved being with kids. As soon as I was old enough, I took the babysitting course. From 12 years old through college, I babysat for several different families...many with whom my relationships remain close. After graduating from Northwestern University, before moving to Asia where I volunteered teaching English in Thailand and The Philippines, I nannied for three different families. The experience allowed me to see how various different parenting styles and family dynamics uniquely worked for each family. Fast forward several years and I am now a mother of two wonderful children, 12 years old and 10 years old. My children fulfill me, I love being a mommy. Hello, i am jeanelle and I am 19. I love kids, I have a niece that is 6 and nephew that is 2 so I am most comfortable with those ages and infants. I enjoy being outside and being creative. I like being a sitter because I am good at giving children all the attention they need. I can be playful with kids but yet still be responsible. I would say I’m also very engaging and like to do activities where kids will learn. During weekdays I am available 2-8pm or later. My schedule is usually very flexible except for the mornings I do have my college classes. I will be willing to help out families if things come up. As for the weekends I am also flexible during the mornings and will be available to be a date night sitter. My go to sitter activities are reading, playing, coloring/drawing, going on walks, going to the park. Some things about me are that I am a lifeguard and swim instructor for children ages 2-12.
