Hi! My name is Tristen Harris! I have been a babysitter for several years now with a wide range of families! I love being with kids, they are so fun and enthusiastic! I have had families I have worked with for years, but also people on the side that only have needed me once and awhile. I worked for a family for two years watching their kids which was super fun! I love helping families while doing something I love!

Hi, my name is Sara! I have 14 years of childcare experience with children of all ages, including infants. I thoroughly enjoy children and I’ve been told I’m quite fun! I engage children with empathy and try to create an environment where they can learn and play, while exploring their environment freely with gentle guidance when needed. I always communicate boundaries with respect for where children are developmentally and what their needs are emotionally and physically. It’s important that parents trust that their children are well cared for and that they can focus on their work without worry. I also have lots of experience with nursing and can help support new mothers in that area!

Sara worked with us from 2009-2013, when my son was a baby and my daughter was a toddler, up until both were in school full-time. She really is everything you want in a nanny: so sweet, warm, and patient with the kids, but still fully in charge. She’s incredibly well-informed and up to date about healthcare and medical advocacy. She’s organized and kept everything around the house tidy. Just an overall great person to have around the family and home!

My name is Madelyn, I'm 26 years old, and have been working as a caregiver for the last 9 years in the greater Madison area. I've just dropped one of my week days with one of my current clients, and am looking to fill my Monday's and Friday's up. I currently work with two separate families, and occasionally a third Tuesday afternoons which I love. Right now my schedule allows for: Monday’s 8-6, Thursday’s 3-6, Friday’s 8-6, and every last Sunday of the month 8-5. I have experience working mostly with children, but have also provided senior care for some folks in the past! I'm up to date on my CPR certifications, confident with all ages, and always maintain a personable and empathetic approach. Outside of nannying, I am a passionate musician and lead singer in a local band. I love to include music and all things creative in my work as a nanny as well :)

Mads has been a loving part of our family since Feb 2022, starting when our baby was about 6 months and will be with us until our little one goes into preschool (Aug). There are so many wonderful characteristics about Mads that they bring to both the kids and to our home generally. Mads established a structured day with our baby, with organized chunks of time for play, snacks, clean up, nap, outside time, etc etc. They did a fantastic job rolling with the transitions as the baby grew (from 2 naps to 1, moving fully into solid foods, and soon to be potty training), and accommodating other curve balls our family might have experienced. Through it all, Mads made sure that our baby was loved, cared for, well rested, appropriately stimulated and challenged, and safe and happy. There is no shortage of laughing with Mads - more than anything I will miss hearing the two of them laughing all day through the house. Mads takes their profession very seriously, and works best with established schedules and is thorough in communication. Very happy to take on some laundry or mild housekeeping (pivotal in cycling through toys or clothes we've grown out of, taking care of our home when we are out of town, putting away laundry or tackling a messy kitchen during nap time), and is cool with shifting hours a bit here or there to accommodate family needs. One time Mads rearranged a full day of appointments to make a day of travel for the parents / handoff to grandparents work seamlessly, which was very appreciated. During raining or snowy days, Mads would turn the grocery store or Menards into a their playground and have a blast - burning energy and getting our little one out in the world. Mads does a fantastic job of leading with love (to both the kids and parents) and exemplifies compassion and empathy in the way you want your kids to experience. I feel there is no one better to have had my son spending his days with for the last 16 month. I am happy to provide any further reviews or details, just reach out.

have volunteered at a community recreation center, supervising children's activities for two summers. I have also provided child care for family friends. Working with children will brighten anyone's day; they're so full of life and smiles, that it is why I am passionate in caring for children. I'm very patient, gentle-hearted, responsible and dependable. I spent most of my childhood in Wisconsin where having a safe and comfortable environment has always been important. I like cooking and am willing to do light housework.

Cynthia was a wonderful nanny to my 15 month old son. I work from home and have an unpredictable schedule. Cynthia was always early or on time and when I needed her last minute, she was there. Immediately, when you meet her, you will notice how genuine and lovely her personality is. I truly knew that Luke was in great hands. She brought her gorgeous, well-behaved daughter along with her to take care of my son. It worked out well because he had a playmate and she skillfully managed both children. I also noticed my son thrive developmentally because of the companionship and Cynthia's emphasis or reading and engaging the children. Oh, and she always took my son outside. She was so great at bundling him up even on cold days and getting both children out of the house. She is high energy, super responsible, and just very sweet. We relocated so she no longer babysits our baby, but we became friends. She's wonderful. Invite her over for an interview.

Hi my name is Yuliana, and I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and being part of their growth and development. Watching children reach milestones, build confidence, and learn new skills is one of the most rewarding parts of childcare for me. I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. I have approximately five years of paid childcare experience, including regular babysitting and professional daycare work. Most of my experience has been with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, and I am very comfortable supporting daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development. I am CPR certified and trained in First Aid, Shaken Baby Syndrome prevention, and SIDS/CIDS safety. Health, safety, and well-being are always my top priorities, and I am attentive to each child’s individual needs. I am patient, dependable, and enjoy building strong, trusting connections with both children and families through clear communication and consistency. I take pride in being a compassionate and reliable caregiver, and I am committed to providing high-quality care that supports both children and families.
