in need of back up transportation for doctors' appointments and to Walmart

my mother - 75 years old. Can walk and get in and out of car but in wheelchair most of the time.

requires help out of her room to the car at her assisted living. she lives on the 3rd floor ( UBER will not do this)
She needs help at the store - just pulling items off shelf into her cart. she still like to get out and shop and pick out her items.

I need back up if I am out of town or working.
