Sitter/respite needed for a few hours at a time while for an 79 year old wheel chair bound man who is s/p stroke while wife (primary caregiver) steps out to go shopping or attend a social event during the day. Wife will always be available by phone and would not be going far.

Looking for someone reliable who is kind and comfortable making casual conversation. The client would likely be watching TV or a movie, listening to music. May enjoy playing a card game or having a book read to him.

Client has aide in morning and evening and wife directs care. This person is strictly a sitter.

Requirements: general first aid knowledge including, critical thinking (if/when to call wife)
