Patient have MS, uses a wheelchair, cant use her legs and have limited use of her hands and fingers. Cognitions is somewhat good so far. Another help we will need is getting her into and out of the chair in the shower and bathroom you wont be alone, my wife will be there, and the main help in these moments is to take care of our baby and making sure my wife don't get injured (mother-in-law weights over 200lb but she can balance herself).
