The family’s mother and father live together independently in their private residence, and their mother is the primary caregiver for their father. Their mother will need additional assistance while she is recovering from surgery for herself and her husband. Care is needed ideally on Tuesdays and Thursdays for from 11am to 3pm starting February 18th. The family is flexible on the days of the week and the times. They are looking for care for around 4 weeks but are open to continue if they find the right fit for their family!

Care to include companionship for their father and ensuring the comfort of their mother while she is recovering from surgery (propping pillows, moving from room to room, etc.). The family is also looking for support with light housekeeping including laundry (cleaning, folding, and putting away), vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, washing and changing bedding sheets, dusting 1x/week, and running dishwasher and putting away dishes. The ideal candidate has experience assisting with aging individuals and is CPR certified. Hourly rate is $20-$30, based on qualifications and experience.
