Female, 82 yr, with memory issues and some dementia/confusion, needs companionship and supervision. Physical health and mobility are good, minimal medication needs. Assistance with meals, conversation, shopping, walks, possibly transportation (10 miles). She enjoys going to the YMCA in Clemmons several times per week.

She can take care of personal needs (dressing, bathing, toilet, etc) on her own.
