Elder support at home

Hello, I am looking for a care giver to come to my parents' home 2x a week to help tidy up, set up pill boxes, prepare food, and visit with them. Dad is 91 and has all his ADLs. Mom is 78 and has all ADLs and IADLs. She would like to leave the house to run errands and have someone support Dad at home and talk with him and help with light house items.
